Acquiring cash gifting leads is no different than any other online or network marketing business. You have to learn how to generate the leads first of all, generate the leads in huge quantities and then convert the leads to “sales”, oh excuse me “gifters” to be successful.

Cash Gifting Leads-Is Cash Gifting Legal in the First Place?

The internet today is clogged full of these so called “legal” gifting programs and they prey on folks that simply need “fast cash”. Well, actually the majority of people that get into these schemes many times feel desperate, therefore they fall for anything.

As Zig Ziglar said, “many times when we’re desperate we just grasp for
straws, but too many times we grab the wrong straws”.

The very small percentage of successful gifting gurus out there tout the
IRS Code as their basis for stating the legalities to potential new
“victims”, sorry I mean “gifters” they speak with. The problem with that is
all of the gray areas you have to contend with in the interpretation.

Everyone looks at it differently and this is evidenced by the fact of
several states’ Attorney Generals filing cases against gifting programs and
individuals alike. When trying to make you drink the gifting kool aid, the
guru gifters will tell you, “the IRS code definition doesn’t say you cannot
do it exactly”.

Really? There also is not a law that specifically states you cannot murder
someone in this or that brutal, particular way per se, but they certainly
find a way to charge you with 1st or 2nd degree murder, RIGHT? They don’t
charge you with murder by an ice pick in the back. It’s simply a wishful
way of thinking in our civilized society of laws.

I personally don’t want the United States government sticking their nose
into my business, period. The funny thing is, most of these gifting gurus
never stay in it indefinitely. They end up gravitating to a real mlm or
online marketing business; because even they know it’s not really right
when you think about it reasonably.

Cash Gifting Leads-How Did I Do It?

I can personally speak from experience because the first thing I got
involved with online was cash gifting. Because I was desperate to figure
out this “internet thing” so I allowed myself to get drawn into this
sometimes “dark” activity.

There I was, I had already sent in my $3,000 (yes, you read correctly), so
I knew I had to figure out how to generate my own cash gifting leads. My so
called sponsor (oh yeah, I forgot, it’s not mlm), my whatever he was,
wouldn’t call me back so I knew I would have to go it alone.

I figured out through my own studying and investigation how to do videos
fairly well, so I was cranking those babies out and blasting them using Traffic Geyser.

The problem was, I had no clue how to really present or convert anything. I
knew nothing about SEO or driving any other traffic. I didn’t know about
paid strategies like solo ads or ppc, and I certainly didn’t know how to
create my own blog so I couldn’t start driving traffic virally. I was a
boat without oars.

I did have some luck creating cash gifting leads, but it just wasn’t enough
to sustain it. Ya see, in cash gifting, because of the terrible publicity,
the potential of legal issues, cases filed against some people by attorney
generals and the simple non existence of an authority on any of it really,
does have you running uphill from the start.

I wasn’t impressed by any mlm products out there when I first got online,
so cash gifting attracted me since there was no product involved. And
basically all you were doing was paying someone to supposedly train you how
to market online and get cash gifting leads.

in MLM for the business opportunity attached anyway, not the products.

Problem is, most MLM or affiliate programs pay such low percentages that
most folks can’t sustain their business online and quit after a short time.

Is using article marketing in 2012 worthless for building backlinks to your website
or blog? That is certainly a question that has been asked of me on more than one occasion
and one that has sparked some active debate for sure. Google it and you will find a ton of
articles on the subject falling on both side of the matter.

In this article I will put forth my educated opinions and experiences to hopefully help
you tangle with the issue yourself. Then you can adjust your article marketing strategies
accordingly to try and stay in front of this issue to keep them as effective as possible. The
Google Panda Update simply slammed the door on a huge number of the top article
directory sites, leaving them far less effective in SEO and ranking ability.

So How is…

               Using Article Marketing

                                                                           for Building Backlinks Actually Defined?

The principles involved with article marketing were genius in their simplicity; you write a
useful, relevant article and in exchange you get high page rank links back to your site or
blog where the original article resides.

It was really a win-win for both parties involved. The article directory gets access to new,
fresh content for its site while incurring no cost for that content. Article marketing sites
make all of their money from advertising dollars spent on their sites. Simply look at a site
like Ezinearticles.com and you will see what I mean as they are inundated with ads.

People around the internet, (especially webmasters) need fresh content of their own for their
site or sites and therefore utilize article directories as a source. When you post your article there,
you basically give them re-publishing rights so others can use your articles freely on their sites
as well, everybody was happy.

Article directories were great especially for the new site owner when nobody knew about their
site. It was a great way to get backlinks relatively quickly, with the only barrier being the
number of articles you could get written as quickly as possible.

                                                                                                        for Backlinks Was Abused …

There really is two groups to blame for the proliferation of the ‘crap” content that became
Google’s Achilles heel. Website owners desperate to get backlinks, page rank and to appear
at the top of Google page one, would resort to hiring out the actual writing of their
article many times to outsources located in other countries. This caused problems in
the sense that rarely were the articles grammatically correct, readable or even made sense
many times.

The article directories themselves didn’t have much of a qualification process to submit
articles to their respective directories either. Many times a pulse, warm blood and a valid
email address was all that was needed to submit articles to them. This process over the
course of many years flooded the Internet with sub standard content that rarely was even
relevant to the search term that was entered into Google.

Then the advent of the article spinning software’s simply turned a huge problem into a
mammoth one. People would then take their barely readable, “outsourced” article and feed it
into an article spinner, producing hundreds of articles that frequently just made no sense
whatsoever.

Google Wasn’t Interested in Considering…

                                                                                                              as a Source Any Longer…

Inherently Google knew they had a huge problem on their hands. They grew to despise
these article farms as they referred to them and set out a course to change things drastically.
Google knew that most of the good writers were not able to get their content onto the
SERP’s, especially if their site was newer. This resulted in a bad user experience for the searcher
because the crappy articles were the ones that the searcher were end up seeing because their
site had hundreds of “ill gotten” backlinks.

It was frustrating to see a one page, auto blog outranking my established, well written,
authority blog for a given keyword just because they used less than honest methods to get
more backlinks. I’m sure it was for thousands of others that followed the rules just like me.

Google’s climb to the top was because of it’s awesome ability to give their prospect the best,
most relevant information for any given search at the time, but a lot of that had changed and
Google didn’t like it one bit. People were fooling the system with substandard content and
that content was dominated SERP’s. Google set out with a plan to change the injustice that had
become the misleading writers and article farms, hence The Google Panda Update.

                                                                                     for Backlinks is Dying a Slow Death…

I have seen the effectiveness of article marketing start to decrease over the last few months
and I expect that trend to continue. Just listen to the disdain in the voice of Matt Cutts regarding
this issue. What was once a tremendous tool for writers, webmasters and internet businesses,
had become a thorn in Google’s side and their aim was to change it in a massive way, and that’s
certainly what they did.

With me having an authority blog, I welcomed the change and have seen article directories
dropping from the SERP’s like flies. Now, someone can actually post a relevant, well written
article, submit it to the article directories, (the ones that are still around), and get targeted, traffic
from the submission without having to worry about “crappy content” ranking higher in Google for
the same keyword.

                 Using Article Marketing

                                                                                                                                      … for Backlinks?

Using article marketing can still be a great way for a new site to get off the ground with some good
basic content and backlinks. Just remember the days of aimlessly throwing questionable content
at article farms is quickly dying out. A good strategy is to submit to two or three of the highest page
rank article directories and that’s it. Just make sure to write your articles in a way to get clickthroughs.

Keep in mind the environment has changed, therefore it’s now more about getting targeted traffic
than tricking search engines into counting bogus backlinks for ranking power. Google is no longer
even considering links from lower ranking article sites anyway, so why waste your time?

There are so many different ways of generating traffic these days, just make sure to concentrate on
some that involve social media, it is the newest way to get rewarded in a big way with first page Google
results. This would be a much better use of time and energy than using article marketing exclusively
to create backlinks.

Experienced network marketers know all too often the detriment that is information overload in
our business. It can even happen to someone with some experience, but limited mindset training if they’re not careful.

Internet Marketing and Health Issues Can Have Similarities…

It’s really strange sometimes how things in everyday life,
such as health issues can have similarities to the business world. I recently
experienced this first hand I’m sad to say.

 The Stress Gland…

The adrenal gland in the human body is known as the “stress
gland”. Everything in your body that can be stress related, i.e., emotional
problems, high blood pressure, heart issues, physical injuries, chronic pain,
basically anything that can cause stress inside the body, seen and unseen can
tax the adrenals’.

In my situation, I was having unbearable abdomen pain which
was being misdiagnosed as pancreas problem, liver problem, gallbladder problem,
and even heart problems at one point.

 Ever Feel Like Giving Up in Your Internet Marketing Quest?

After dropping 35 lbs in 2 months and a year of tests at one
of the best liver/digestive health facilities in the world here in Dallas,
needless to say, I was about to give up. They said at one point they were just

can disguise itself as many things not unlike the adrenal gland. It can have
you second guessing everything network marketing or internet marketing related.
It will have you jumping at every new “get rich quick” program and opening
every email from the next “self proclaimed guru” out there.

 Never, Never, Never Give Up…

It will have you doing all the wrong things, spending a lot
of money and wasting a lot of time, just like I was with my exhausted adrenal
gland. It makes you think you cant do anything and will create feelings of just
giving up.

 Information Overload is the Silent Killer of the Internet Marketing Business…

This syndrome known as information
overload is far and away one of the most common reasons for failure in the
internet marketing business. Because unlike the adrenal gland, with information overload, you can just give
up and not actually die, right? (I know good news)!

 The Sad Truth of Internet Marketing…

But unfortunately, the dream of having a residual, self
sustaining internet marketing business does die for too many people out there
trying to make it in this sometimes crazy but many times highly rewarding industry
we know as internet marketing.

Traditional MLM companies are flawed in the way in which they pay their representatives, hence the 97% failure rate of new people coming into their respective companies. Most new people average only $10 per week in their MLM which is both sad and troubling. But it is not your fault.

may get tiring sometimes, but it will never get old….I received a phone call from a potential prospect the other day Ken, who was skeptical,  judgmental, and even sounded supersticious at one point when speaking about “those people that say” what they say about online marketing training.

Could Online Marketing Training Be Ken’s Calling in Life?

Ken had done many things in his life as far as a vocation goes, heck, Ken had even owned his own business at one point, but had never tried his hand at online marketing training.

Ken is rather sharp having worked in the real estate and mortgage industries (on the service side), for many years and was ready for a change, hence the phone call. Typical of many folks that inquire about working from home and having an online business, Ken was firing the questions rapidly.

Online Marketing Training Skeptics Abound…

Much of his concerns dealt with some of the normal skepticisms I guess, (no online marketing training experience, no real experience with websites, etc, no network marketing lead generation knowledge, internet products being overpriced, etc).

Here was my advice for Ken as it would be for anyone looking to create a sustainable online business that would develop into residual income so he could one day retire without worry.

•    Change the Dynamic with His Thought Processes- Too many people that jump into online marketing training, try to apply that offline marketing mindset of advertising product features, then advertising product features and then advertising product features again and hopefully make a sale from just product and community recognition.

Don’t get me wrong being active in the community can be important, but only from a position of creating value first.

Geico is a great example of this. Not only do they seem to be sponsors at so many local events, fairs, charity events, but they are constantly giving away things and interacting with the public in some way.

Geico and Online Marketing Training Have Things in Common?

If you were from another country and saw them at one of these events, you wouldn’t even know what product Geico sells now would you? But, I bet you had fun at their booth and enjoyed some little trinkets they gave you and your kids.

Who knows, you might even remember that name when you or someone you know needed insurance. Think rapport, personality, and providing value when implementing online marketing training strategies, before ever trying to push a product.

•    The Right Communication-Ken knew how to speak to people on the phone he just needed the proper online marketing training to learn how to convey a certain posture there, and on his websites and blogs once they were up and running.

Creating a blog that welcomes prospects with a good online marketing training feel and presence is vital for long term success.

One way to do this is to always give prospects a call to action. People surfing online simply don’t move to action by themselves, they are just click happy for a lack of a better term. For instance, telling them to “click here now” or “call me between 5pm and 9pm EST” will have your email list and telephone exploding which is simply a result of applying the learned online marketing training techniques.

•    Your Offline Knowledge is Universal- Ken, like so many other online marketing training neophytes doubt themselves for lack of online marketing experience. People buy first from people they like, therefore simply connecting with them in some way is the key, not which product is the best.
•    Your Valuable So Get Paid As Such- Ken also fired off pointed questions about network marketing training costs, product pricing, commission levels, compensation structures, which companies are best, aren’t the products priced too high, etc.

Concentrating on these things primarily can be the kiss of death with online marketing and online marketing training. If you feel good about a company, product and more importantly a good online marketing plan, just roll with it. Stop doubting because people follow people, not products or compensation plans.

Think about how many times a successful online marketer has been forced to leave one company only to go to another and be wildly successful very quickly.

You can only do that with a personal following that’s been built over time,with phenomenal online marketing training and not just with a product.

I told Ken to stop worrying about the prices of products. If he builds the value engine then “they” will follow. Don’t under valuate what you can bring to the table or market online.

If people are truly ready for a change in their lifestyle, and you have cemented that relationship with excellent online marketing training, building value and projecting the proper posture, then they will always find the money if they think you are worth it, (not the product).

You always want to build your online marketing training business with like minded people anyway. I don’t twist anyone’s arm, I don’t have to. If you don’t want a change in your life, we probably won’t be working together and Ken should build his business the same way.

Proper Online Marketing Training Never Begs…

Never prospect from your knees, never sell yourself short and never, ever let price become the only objection. If people want to work with you, they will find the money, heck that’s what credit card debt is all about, right?

Oh, and the last thing I told Ken was to simply have fun. If you can’t have fun with online marketing training, then what’s the point I mean really.

Look Before You Buy…

Crowdsourcing is a fantastic concept in the sense you get to see the finished product before paying for anything whatsoever. Simplified, here’s how it works. You just go to a website and post a very specific job that you need performed, and there are hundreds if not thousands of TRAINED people that see the posting and perform the tasks.

Because there are so many seeing your job posting at once and the jobs are usually not too technical, the job gets done very quickly. Once your job is finished, you then get to go in and inspect all of the work and decide who you want to pay for the completed work. This way you get to choose only the people that did the best work for you.

As I said this would be for simple, mundane and time consuming tasks that need to be done in great numbers. Here are the 5 things that I recommend you

Get crowdsourcing immediately for:

• Acquiring friends on Facebook and followers on Twitter
• Doing research for niches and keywords
• Having folks posting comments on your blogs
• Having people “like your” Facebook page (100 at 5 cents each is just $5.00)
• Getting articles written for you

Two of the best services for crowdsourcing are Microworkers and Mechanical Turk. Always be careful and perform your due diligence when searching out any services that utilize employees overseas.

My Two Personal Recommendations…

Personally for crowdsourcing I would use Mechanical Turk for the simpler tasks such as “liking” Facebook pages or doing blog comments simply because of the language barrier you could run into with some of the stuff.

That’s why I love crowdsourcing so much because if they don’t do it according to your exact instructions, you pay nothing…what could be better than that?

Use Microworkers for things like article writing and SEO tasks. You can actually choose between workers overseas or workers in more predominantly English speaking countries like the US, Canada and Australia. You can expect to pay $3 to $4 per article which is a steal if done to your instructions.

Remember to always pay workers that performed according to instructions promptly, otherwise you can get flagged in some of these sights which can “ban” you from posting jobs for a while.

Always ask yourself this question, “what is it really that requires you personal attention”? If you dig deep and answer this one honestly yoou can never go wrong with your decisions on what to crowdsource.
